Community rules

Welcome to London is a shared world. Everyone here is a real person, often new to the city. Be someone people are glad they met.

• You must be 16 or over to play.
• Be kind. No harassment, hate, threats or bullying, in chat, messages or names.
• No sexual content, and nothing involving under-18s, ever.
• No scams, spam or asking for real money, passwords or personal details.
• Don't share anyone's real address, phone number or photos.
• Billboards and ads must follow UK advertising rules. Our team checks every one, and takes down any that break them.

If someone breaks these rules, open your chat with them and tap 🚩 Report, or ⛔ Block. Our team reads every report and can remove accounts.
