Terms

1. Playing

• You must be 16 or over. If you're under 18, ask whoever pays the bill before buying anything.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Follow the community rules. We can remove names, messages or ads that break them, and suspend or ban accounts.
• The game changes over time. We may add, change or remove features, places and prices.

2. Game money and top-ups

• You can buy game money with real money. It's a licence to use in the game only: it has no cash value, can't be cashed out or sold, and isn't your property.
• Prices are shown before you pay and include any VAT. Payments are handled by Stripe, in naira (₦), pounds (£) or dollars ($).
• Top-ups are limited to £100 in any 30 days.
• Your right to cancel: you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. When you top up, you ask us to add the game money straight away and agree that you lose that right once it's added.
• If a top-up doesn't arrive, you were charged twice, or something else went wrong, contact us and we'll put it right or refund you.
• If you delete your account or it's banned for breaking the rules, any game money left on it is lost.

3. Advertising on billboards

• Billboards are digital. Up to 6 ads share a board and take turns. Your ad goes on air when your payment goes through and stays up for 7 days.
• Prices are per 7 days and shown before you pay. You can pay by card in naira (₦) or pounds (£) through Stripe, and you pay the price shown in the currency you pick. Any refund goes back the same way, in the same currency.
• An unpaid booking holds its place for about half an hour. If your payment only comes through after that and the place has been taken, your ad doesn't go on air and we refund you in full.
• Your ad must be legal, honest and follow the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (the CAP Code). No adult content, gambling, crypto investment schemes, political attack ads, or anything that targets under-18s. You must own or have permission to use everything in your artwork and the site you link to.
• We check every ad. We can take down any ad at any time, and if we do, we refund it in full.
• We don't promise any number of views or visits. We count taps on "Visit" so you can see how your ad did.
• Because your ad goes on air straight away at your request, you can't cancel it once it's live.
• You let us show your artwork, name and link in the game, and on our advertising page, while your ad runs.

4. What you post

Names, messages and ads are yours. You let us store and show them in the game so other players can see them. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, or anyone's personal details.

5. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in 📱 → Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the community rules. If we ever close the game for good, we'll tell players at least 30 days before.

6. Our responsibility to you

We provide the game with reasonable care and skill, but it's a game: it may sometimes be unavailable, and things in it can change. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, or for the sites that ads link to. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit.

7. The law

These terms are under the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the game first.
